How to claim

  1. Complete the online claim form below.
  2. Attach a photo/scan/copy of your tax invoice (showing the seller’s ABN number) *Please ensure that all items are listed on a single tax invoice, not multiple receipts. 
  3. Attach a photo/’s of the barcode label on the back of your Thermaltake products, clearly showing the serial numbers.
    *Maximum 1 claim per person/per household.

    Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Thermaltake Australia & New Zealand reserves the right to alter the incentive, product offerings, and specifications at any time, without notice. 

    1. Purchase Valid Thermaltake products during the Promotion Period to be eligible for this promotion. Promotion Period:  1st September 2024 to 30th September 2024.

    2. This offer is only open to Australian residents. This offer pertains only to relevant Australian stock and products and is not valid for products purchased from overseas.
    3. This offer is NOT AVAILABLE when purchasing Thermaltake Branded Prebuilt Gaming System and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion.
    4. This promotion is for retail purchases during the Promotion Period by Australian Residents only. Employees and the immediate families of the Promoter and its agencies (including but not limited to Thermaltake Resellers) associated with this promotion are ineligible. 
    5. Participating products must be ordered and paid for within the offer’s promotional period. Claims cannot be made on back orders. The tax invoice must contain legible and legitimate details of the store including store name, ABN, address, phone number and product code or name.  
    6. The tax invoice must clearly specify the store of purchase, tax invoice number, purchase date, eligible product code or name. The purchase date is determined by the date on the store tax invoice submitted by the customer with the claim. 
    7. No Photos will be accepted of the packaging/box only, or serial numbers still attached to the box. Photos must be of serial numbers printed on the back/bottom of the actual product. 
    8. All claims must be received on or prior to: 20th October 2024 to qualify. No extensions will be given under any circumstances. Redemption is non-transferable, assignable, or exchangeable for other goods or services 
    9. Only one claim per invoice equalling or over $200 or $400 can be made. Please ensure that all items are listed on a single tax invoice rather than multiple invoices. We will not accept multiple invoices that add up to the total amount. We only accept invoices from Australian stores, our Australian website thermaltake.com.au, and Amazon AU. If you spend over $400, you can only claim the $50, you cannot also claim for the $20. Any unclaimed bonus items will remain the property of Thermaltake Australia & New Zealand. Entries will be deemed void if forged, manipulated, or tampered with in any way.  
    10. Upon registering on the Thermaltake promo online form, the Flexi eGift card will be sent to the registered email address within 20 days after the promotion has concluded. It is the responsibility of the claimant to provide the correct email address in order to receive the bonus eGift Card. Incomplete, indecipherable, or illegible claims will be deemed invalid. 
    11. All claims are subject to verification by Thermaltake Australia & New Zealand. Thermaltake Australia & New Zealand reserves the right to reject any claim which does not comply with these terms and conditions. Thermaltake Australia & New Zealand accepts no responsibility for late, lost, or misdirected entries or other communications. If there is a dispute as to the identity of a claimant, Thermaltake Australia & New Zealand reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the claimant.
